TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a skilled Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III for immediate start.

Location: Dublin 7

Duration: 3 months initially and subject to continuous extension thereafter

Pay rate: €15.89

Monday to Friday 09:00-12:30& 13:30-16:30

Responsibilities:

-Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

-Organise and maintain files and records

-Answer and direct phone calls

-Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner

-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

-Proficient in Word and Excel

-Liaising with external organisations regarding invoices and payments

-Excellent spelling is essential

-Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

– Experience in financial record keeping

– Excellent organisational and time management skills

– Accurate attention to detail

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
