Job Title: Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III
Location: Limerick City (On Site)
Expected 3 months contract. Please note this does not supersede the existing T&C’s as outlined in your contract of employment.
Payrate- €15.89- €25.18 depending on previous relevant public sector experience.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III to join our team in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including data entry and management, filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
– Perform data entry and data management tasks – Organize and maintain paper and electronic files – Photocopy, scan, and fax documents as needed – Assist with general office duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors – Use MS Office suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations – Collaborate with other team members to complete projects – Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role – Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy – Strong organizational and time management skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – High level of discretion and confidentiality
