Job Summary:

We are seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our team in Bantry, Co.Cork. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews – Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities – Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date – Provide support to the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures – Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions – Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management – Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits – Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field – 2+ years of experience in HR or related field – Excellent communication and organizational skills – Knowledge of HR policies and procedures – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
