TTM Healthcare are working with a leading Healthcare Organisation in Cork who are seeking an Operations Coordinator on a specific purpose contract on a full-time basis. 

Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with the people we support daily. 


We provide individualised supports for people to meet their physical, psychological, and social care needs in an environment that encourages independence and promotes their rights and well-being.   • NMBI Registration
  • Holds a degree or equivalent or relevant professional qualification.
  • Previous experience of operations support and roster management, ideally in a healthcare, hospitality, retail, or similar setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer & IT literate (has strong computer skills, Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint etc.).
  • Ability to overcome personal and professional challenges and to reflect and learn from mistakes and feedback as a tool for personal development.
  • Ability to maintain composure in difficult or challenging situations.
  • Ability to keep abreast of current developments in inclusion and individualisation issues in Ireland and internationally.
  • Ability to keep aware of good practices in the provision of person-centred services and be sensitive to the issues experienced by people with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
  • In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Hold full a (clean) driver licence and is willing to travel for work on a regular basis and outside of normal working hours when required.
  • Willing to embrace change and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
