TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 – ICU on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Registration with NMBI
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
- Hold a recognised post registration qualification in critical care nursing or intensive care nursing
- Have a minimum of five years full-time post registration clinical experience, three of which must be within the critical care or related area
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
- Eligible to work in Ireland
Desirable:
• Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
