TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Occupational Health on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role:
The Occupational Health Nurse holds a pivotal role in the co-ordination and management of activity and resources within employee health and welfare . As a role model, the Occupational Health Nurse will promote a culture of open communication and best practice in the delivery of health surveillance, disease and injury prevention and provide clinical expertise, advice and support within the multi-professional team.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to work in a dynamic specialty.
- Self-motivated with strong values and commitment to employee health and welfare.
- Ability to work on own initiative and also in conjunction with our external health advisors and/or practitioners when required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Desirable:
- Occupational Health Qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
