TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 – Oncology Inpatient Day Ward on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Cork.
Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week AND a Part Time Permanent position available with a minimum of 22hours per week.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be required to enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care at all times. You will be required to contribute to the effective use of all hospital resources at your disposal and you will be required to maximise staff development in a learning environment. This will include support, motivation and guidance for all employees within your remit.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- A minimum of 3.5 years experience as a staff nurse in an acute general hospital.
- Relevant course in Oncology nursing or equivalent essential.
- Shift work is a requirement of this post
Desirable:
- A management qualification is desirable.
