TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a skilled Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III for immediate start.

Based in Castlerea.

35hours per week – Monday to Friday

Month to month temporary contract.

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT and typing skills, organisation skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

-Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

-Organise and maintain files and records

-Answer and direct phone calls

-Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner

-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

-Proficient in word and Excel

-Experience in taking Minutes of Meetings

-Excellent spelling is essential

-Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
