TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer for immediate start.

Location: Castleisland
Pay scale: €16.05- €25.43 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience)
Full Time – 35 hours per week
Immediate
Duration: Temporary 3-month initially.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
– Manage and maintain electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
– Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
– Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
– Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
– Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required Skills:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
– IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
