We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Swords, Co. Dublin for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in a busy office environment, with a strong emphasis on data entry and attention to detail.

Location- Swords, Co. Dublin
Pay rate- €15.89- €25.18 per hr depending on previous public sector experience
Temporary 6 month initial contract
Full time- 9-5 with 1 hr lunch 
On site 

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
– Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, and other documents.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and responding to inquiries.
– Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
– Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as required.
– Assist in organizing meetings, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials.
– Use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to complete tasks and produce documents.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a busy office environment.
– Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
