We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Clare. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of our patients and support our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
– Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
– Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
– Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:
– Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
– Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred
– Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
