Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, or Social Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a support or social care setting
- Full, clean driver’s licence
- Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam)
- International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
Responsibilities
- Delivering person‑centred support in line with individual care plans
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and social inclusion
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities as required
- Supporting service users to engage in community and social activities
- Maintaining accurate records and clear communication with the wider care team
