TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Support Workers for temporary roles in Limerick City and Newcastle West.
These roles are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm; this is a temporary role with the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.
You will work with people living with intellectual disabilities and their families to ensure service users achieve their personalised goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting service users and their families in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Support participation in social, leisure and training opportunities identified by service users and their families.
- Ensure compliance to HIQA and statutory legislation.
- Update all records accurately and are logged on management system.
- Utilise service vehicle to support service transport requirements.

Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies or Social Care (or equivalent)
- Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
- Full Driving License essential
- Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)
