As an agency Support Worker you will be responsible for:
- Providing care and support to service users, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking into account service users’ family perspectives.
- Assisting with basic needs such as feeding, washing, dressing etc.
- Encouraging and supporting service users to partake in activities, helping them to get maintain a positive outlook.
- Working closely with service users to establish a personalised care plan, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.

What you will need for this role:
- Minimum of a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or similar (8 modules completed)
- 3 months experience in a similar role is required.
- Full driving license and own car as driving may form part of this role.
