Location: North Mayo, Co. Mayo
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract (with potential for extension)
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
The North Mayo Primary Care Network Team is seeking a Staff Grade Social Worker to join its supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, carers, and community services across a diverse rural catchment area.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
- Support individuals, families, and carers within the community.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Liaise with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations.
- Participate in community initiatives and service development.
- Maintain accurate records and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
- Recognised Social Work qualification.
- CORU mandatory
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport, as travel across the network is required.
