Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Grade Physiotherapist with expertise in Rotational Physiotherapy to join our team. The successful candidate will work within a busy and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in acute and community settings.
Responsibilities: – Assessing, diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions in accordance with best practice guidelines. – Providing hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, strength and function. – Monitoring and recording patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly. – Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients. – Educating patients and their families on how to manage their condition and prevent future injury. – Liaising with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements: – BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent. – CORU registration. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Strong organisational and time-management skills. – Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. – Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
