Role: Social Worker – Team Lead

TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Social Worker Team Leader to come and join one of Limerick’s Leading CDNTs. As a Social Worker Team Lead, you will provide a quality, evidence-based Social work service to Children and Young People aged 0-18 years with complex needs arising from a disability or at risk of disability in consultation with their families, carers, and staff. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will work within in a family-centred model. As a Team lead, you will be a support to the junior members as well as working with the CDNM to roll out and develop the Children’s Disability Network Service.
Key Requirements:
- BSc in Social Work or equivalent
- 3 years post qualification experience
- Be registered with the Social Workers Professional Register (CORU) and have an active CPD Portfolio
- Permit to work in the Republic of Ireland
- Full clean driving license and use of a car
- Have experience working with children with complex needs and their families and/or experience in working within children and family services in the community
- Have experience working in services that operate and comply with child protection procedures in line with Children First National Guidelines
