Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Case Management: Evaluate the child’s needs and develop personalized care plans, ensuring access to appropriate services and resources.
- Advocacy and Support: Advocate for the child’s rights, ensuring they receive necessary accommodations, services, and legal protections.
- Family Support and Education: Provide emotional support and guidance to families, helping them navigate resources and care challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work
- CORU Registration
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience working with children with complex needs related to a disability.
- Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
- Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
