TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading service provider for adults with physical and sensory disabilities based in Blackrock, Cork city.
The successful candidate will work with adults between the ages of 40 and 65 with very low needs and functional communication skills. You will facilitate community inclusion and support independent living; personal hygiene support is also required. There are no challenging behaviours.
This is a full-time contract working 30 hours per week (Sleeping time brings this up to a full 39 hour week or more) You will be required to be fully flexible to work across all shift patterns, a sample roster is available upon request. A full clean manual drivers license is essential.

Requirements:
Level 7 in Social Care or equivalent
CORU registration or have reached phase 3 of CORU registration process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A knowledge of HIQA standards
Full clean manual Irish driver’s license
