About the Role:
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Manager on behalf of a leading children’s residential service based in County Waterford.
As a Social Care Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the residential centre and be responsible for a hard working and dedicated team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders.

Requirements:
- Level 8 Qualification in Social Care and 4 years experience working in Social care with young people.
OR
- Level 7 Qualification in Social Care & relevant management qualification and 4 years experience working in Social care with young people.
AND
- Full clean drivers licence and access to own transport
- Experience in leading others and demonstrate the ability to empower others to achieve.
- Positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attributes, as well as empathy and maturity
