TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are recruiting for a Senior Social Worker for a new Community-Based Mental Health Service.
Opening March 2025, this service is designed to meet the evolving needs of adults aged 18+ in Lucan, West Dublin, and Kildare. This cutting-edge initiative will provide a seamless continuum of care with:
- Day Hospital: Onsite therapeutic and medical interventions.
- Home-Based Treatment Service: Acute care delivered in the comfort of a person’s home.
- Outpatient Services: Flexible access to ongoing mental health support.
This service is underpinned by mental health “Recovery” principles and offers direct access to inpatient care when clinically required, ensuring comprehensive support for our service users.
About the role: To lead this innovative service, we are recruiting an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Social Worker on a part time basis.
This is a standalone social work role working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a community hub setting. The post holder will be part of a wider social work team based in the Hospital however will need to demonstrate an ability to work on own initiative.
It will involve carrying out home visits as well as work in a clinical setting with a 1:1 caseload and group work responsibility.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification.
- CORU registration
- 3 years’ post qualification experience in a mental health setting, preferably a combination of acute and community-based roles.
- Full license and use of a car
