Duration: 12 months
Time of Shift: 08:00 – 17:45
Work pattern: Mondays and Fridays (2 days)

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Diabetic foot multidisciplinary diabetic foot team in an Integrated Care structure with particular relevance to the Diabetes Model of Integrated Care
- Offer treatment packages to service users diagnosed with diabetes who present with active foot disease
- Charcot foot and where appropriate will provide care for those in remission from Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU)
- Sharing care in an integrated manner and once healed referring these patients to the community setting
- Work collaboratively with podiatry colleagues in the Community Foot Protection Teams / specialist diabetes HUB teams.
Requirements:
- BSc(hons) in Podiatry
- Experience in diabetes desirable.
- Must be a resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
