Senior Operations Manager – Homecare

TTM Healthcare are excited to have partner with one of Ireland’s leading Homecare providers to recruit a Senior Operations Manager.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The role is based in Sandyford and Dun Laoighaire, Dublin with the possibility of working 1 day per week from home after 6 months of probation. The Senior Operations Manager will report into the Director of Operations.

Salary: €70,000 to €80,000 per annum plus a €20K Bonus based on KPIs and revenue growth (very achievable)

This organisation is a Nurse led homecare company providing care to older people in their own homes since 2014. They are based in Dun Laoghaire and Dundrum and serve the South Dublin area. They provide home care to private clients who require support at home varying from companionship for an hour or two a week, to personal care, specialised Dementia care, and live-in care. They are also a HSE Approved Service Provider in Dun Laoghaire / Dublin South East (CHO6) and also West Dublin (CHO7).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Healthcare (Or relevant equivalent), or higher
  • A minimum of 8 years’ post graduate professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong commercial and clinical management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Senior Management in a home care company

e.g. Care Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Client Services Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Services, Regional Head of Services, Clinical Nurse Manager, Service Manager, National Support Manager, Care Operations Manager, General Manager, Team Leader.

  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and busy office environment
  • Proven business acumen with an ability to balance driving revenue targets with supporting a quality driven service
  • A compassionate nature, and excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Superb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and manage own time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT aptitude, quick at learning new systems and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Appropriate permission to work full time in Ireland
  • Own Car and Driving License
