Hours: 35 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 42,658 – 51,617 DOE

Requirements & Responsibilities:

– Level 7 social care or relevant qualification

– Minimum 2 years experience working in a social care setting

– Excellent knowledge & understanding of HIQA regulations and standards

– Prior experience in carrying out auditing internally desirable but not essential

– Full Drivers License, car and willing to travel to locations within the service

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality & Compliance Officer to join an intellectual disability organisation in Co. Wicklow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for HIQA inspection and auditing, internal audits, approving action plans, working closely with management, development of audit structures, identifying risks, and providing assistance to line managers in relation to standards and regulations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a particular interest in the auditing aspect of social care, and is looking to enhance their skillset for career progression!
