TTM Healthcare Solutions are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager for a role based in Louth.

Salary: €55,000 – €60,000

Key Responsibilities

The compliance manager will assist with the execution of the company’s Quality Assurance program by:

  • Monitoring the efficiency of reporting and record keeping across services.

  • Carrying out audits and inspections to underpin ongoing compliance.

  • Completing reports and action plans within timescales.

  • Identifying any short falls, practice or policy compliance across services.

  • Ensuring any breaches or safeguarding concerns are escalated where necessary.

  • Supporting policy development.

  • Providing short term Home Manager cover if, and when required.

  • Analysis of data as requested by senior management.
  • Undertaking project work as required that falls within scope of this job description (but not limited to the job description) as required by senior managers.

  • Supporting the education and development of staff through training and workshops.
  • Attending training as required to support professional development and ensure up to date knowledge of legislation, research and guidance

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent).

  • At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience within a children’s residential care setting.

  • Willingness and ability to travel between services located across Meath, Louth, Monaghan, and Donegal.

  • Full driving licence and access to own transport.

  • Strong working knowledge of HIQA’s National Standards for Children’s Residential Centres, along with all relevant legislation, regulations and best-practice guidance.

  • Excellent understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles within residential childcare.

  • In-depth knowledge of young people’s key outcome areas and how residential practitioners support and promote progress.

  • Proven ability to provide effective leadership, guidance, and direction to staff teams.

  • Working knowledge of the ACIMS inspection process.

  • Solid understanding of the rights and entitlements of children and young people in care.
