TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Social Care Leader for a day Care Centre on behalf of their Wexford based client.

This is a full time permanent contract!

This position is open to someone with either a nursing or a social care qualification.

The Person in Charge has a pivotal role to play in the professional leadership of the residential service. 
The main areas of responsibility for assigned designated centres are:-

  • Person in Charge (PIC) for Residential services
  • Regulatory Compliance

    TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager 1 on behalf of a Respite Disabilities service based in Wexford.

    Rate: €24 per hour (€48,840 per annum) to €28 per hour (€56,980 per annum)

    Qualifications and Experience (required):

    • Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, RNID, or related field (validated by QQI).
    • Management qualification.
    • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a position of Person In Charge (PIC) in a Disability Service.
    • Full driving license.
    • Proficient in both oral and written English language
    • Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland

Requirements:

  • Hold a Degree in Social Care; or Foreign Equivalent (validated by QQI)
  • Management qualification
  • a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care;
  • Have a proficient working knowledge of the HIQA Standards and Health Act (2007) and associated regulations and Guidance; and knowledge of national policies in the disability sector.
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions with a well-reasoned rationale
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work to tight timescales.
