Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Occupational Therapist Assistant with specialized skills in children’s disabilities to join our team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of occupational therapy services to children with a variety of disabilities, working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in implementing therapeutic activities and interventions as designed by the Occupational Therapist.- Help children develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.- Prepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipment.- Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
