Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ functional abilities.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques and interventions to enhance patients’ daily living skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage conditions and improve quality of life.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- CORU registration
- Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
- Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
- Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance. Failure to have this document during the initial recruitment stages will result in an unsuccessful application.
