Responsibilities:- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on clinical specimens.- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.- Accurately document and interpret test results, maintaining detailed records.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic support.- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field.-CORU registraion- Proven experience in a clinical microbiology laboratory setting.- Proficiency in microbiological techniques and the operation of laboratory equipment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
