Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hour working week
Location: Castlebar
Contract: 3 month initial contract
Pay rates: €17.04 to €26.52 per hour depending on verified relevant public sector experience.

Role Overview:
This temporary position provides administrative and PA support to the Principle Psychology Manager. The role involves maintaining accurate records and trackers, managing sensitive information, and supporting with a range of clerical and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update departmental trackers and upload relevant information to the CRM system.
-Manage and update database records accurately and efficiently.
-Prepare and type correspondence, letters, and reports as required.
-Take minutes of meetings and distribute appropriately.
-Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.
-Log and track all correspondence and activities appropriately.
-Provide reception cover as required, including greeting visitors and managing calls.
-Carry out filing duties (minimal, as most documentation is managed online).
-Support general office administration and assist colleagues as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes:
-Proven administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
-Strong knowledge of database management and CRM systems.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when updating trackers.
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
-Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
