TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a 40+ bedded Nursing Home based in South Kerry.
This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week. The roster includes mostly days and the successful will be required to work every second weekend and rarely do a night shift. Shifts will be a mixture of long and short days.
The successful candidate will be supported by an Assistant director of Nursing, a Director of Nursing and a Person in Charge. This Nursing home boasts a low turnover, the position has arose due to retirement.

Requirements:
• BSc in Nursing
• Full NMBI registration – no decision letter holders considered
• Previous management experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and management course desirable
• Previous experience with HIQA inspections
