TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 – Theatre – ENT on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be required to enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care at all times. You will be required to contribute to the effective use of all hospital resources at your disposal and you will be required to maximise staff development in a learning environment. This will include support, motivation and guidance for all employees within your remit.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- Relevant Management experience in the theatre environment
- Proven ability to provide skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the anaesthetics / PACU and Theatre nursing team.
- Relevant course essential in Peri Anaesthesia and / or Peri Operative nursing or equivalent
- A Theatre course is essential
- Some experience in Ear Nose and Throat Surgeries is essential
Desirable:
- Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students is also desirable
- A management qualification is desirable.
