TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a Waterford based Elderly Care Nursing Home. This is a 90 bedded home.
This is a Full Time Permanent position working 39 hours per week.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registered
- BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
- Results driven.
