TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manger 2 on behalf of a 60+ bedded independent Nursing Home based in West Limerick.
This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week. On call is required every third weekend. We are looking for a candidate with ambition to progress to Director of Nursing level in the next 3 to 5 years.
The post holder will work closely and be support by the ADON and DON
Requirements:
- Full NMBI registration
- BSc in Nursing Eligible to live and work in Ireland
- 2 years previous experience operating at CNM level
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Leadership 7Management course highly desirable
- Post grad in Dementia, gerontology or palliative care highly desirable
