TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade IV administrator on a rolling temporary contract.
Location: Roscommon
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay: is in line with Public Sector – €19.30- €29.77 per hr depending on previous relevant public sector experience.
Key Duties
- Log, track, manage and coordinate data requests to ensure timely responses.
- Liaise with departments to gather and review requested information.
- Draft formal communications including acknowledgements, decision letters, and extensions.
- raft decision letters and formal communications.
- Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection legislation, and organisational policies.
- Assist with internal training and policy updates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Participate in audits and quality assurance processes relating to department activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
- Previous clerical/administrative experience (Grade III level or higher).
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn Freedom Of Information legislation.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
