TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Chief Clinical Officer on behalf of a leading nursing home group.
This is a full-time permanent role. The CCO will have 6 Directors of Nursing and 1 general manager reporting into them.
The locations of these nursing homes include;
Belfast, Ballymote, Dublin, Fahan. Killorglin, Mallow and Sligo.
Candidates must be multi site experienced and have a strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
Candidates can work from home for admin purposes.

Experience required:
- Extensive experience in managing a multi site healthcare environment, within a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in dealing with healthcare regulators.
- Be registered in the general division of the register of Nurses maintained by NMBI.
- Educated to Masters or Degree Level in either Healthcare/Business or related qualification would be desirable.
- Extensive experience of leading successful change in a patient centered care delivery environment.
- Experience of delivering high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Demonstrates an understanding of financial management and control.
- Extensive knowledge of organisational management and development.
- Demonstrate a track record of positive team engagement.
