Requirements:
- HACCP certification or a relevant cookery qualification
- Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
- International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals to meet dietary and nutritional standards
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver a positive dining experience
